How to Wear the Arogya Raksha Kavach

1. Choose an auspicious day — Thursday, the day of Jupiter, is most commonly recommended. Tuesday, the day of Mars, is also considered suitable, as is Maha Shivratri.
2. Cleanse the kavach with clean water or unboiled milk in the morning, wipe it dry, and place it before your deity or altar for a short while.
