Most prosperity bracelets are sold on a single promise, and it is almost always the same one: wear this and money will come. We are not going to tell you that.

What the Dhan Yog Bracelet from RudraGram actually is: four natural stones from the crystal tradition, each associated with a different part of how money is earned and kept — confidence, opportunity, steadiness and clear decisions — strung together as something you see on your wrist several times a day. For a lot of people, that daily reminder of what they are working towards is worth having. That is the honest case for it, and it is enough.

First, about the name

Dhan Yog is a term from Vedic astrology. It describes a specific set of planetary placements in a birth chart — broadly, favourable connections between the lords of the wealth houses — that indicate strong earning potential.

A bracelet cannot create a Dhan Yog in your chart. Nothing can; the chart is fixed at birth. The name has become a common market name for a prosperity gemstone bracelet, and that is how we use it here — but if you came looking for the astrological yoga, no bracelet produces it, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you a story.

These are crystal-tradition stones, not navratna gemstones. If an astrologer has prescribed a specific gemstone for a specific planet in your chart, buy that stone — see our certified gemstone range. Wear this for intention and focus, which is what it is actually for.

Why People Wear the Dhan Yog Bracelet

  • 💰 Worn with an intention of prosperity, growth and abundance
  • 🔶 Associated in the crystal tradition with confidence and the drive to act
  • 🎯 A visible daily reminder of a financial goal you are working on
  • 🌱 Linked with opportunity, new ventures and steady growth
  • 🧘 Used in grounding and solar-plexus practice
  • 💼 Popular with business owners, founders, freelancers and salespeople
  • 🎁 A common gift for a new shop, business or financial fresh start

The Four Stones Inside

Confirm this list against your actual product before publishing.

Pyrite — the brassy metallic stone known as fool's gold. The name comes from the Greek pyr, fire, because it sparks against steel. In the crystal tradition it is the stone most associated with confidence, willpower and the push to act rather than hesitate.

Citrine — golden-yellow quartz, often called the merchant's stone in the crystal tradition, kept with an intention around earning and circulation of money. An honest note: most commercial citrine worldwide is heat-treated amethyst — a long-standing, industry-accepted practice, not a fake, but you should know it rather than find out later. Naturally golden citrine is far rarer and priced accordingly.

Green Aventurine — a soft green quartz, associated in the crystal tradition with opportunity, new ventures and taking the chance when it appears. Commonly described as the "stone of opportunity".

Tiger Eye — brown-gold quartz with a banded, shifting shimmer called chatoyancy, caused by fibrous inclusions within the stone. Associated with steadiness, courage and clear-headed decisions under pressure.

On substitutions, plainly: citrine is sometimes sold as a cheap stand-in for Pukhraj (yellow sapphire), and tiger eye for Lehsunia (cat's eye). Neither substitution is classical, and neither stone carries the planetary effect of the gemstone it is standing in for. If you need Pukhraj or Lehsunia, buy the real thing — our Natural Yellow Sapphire and Natural Cat's Eye are both certified.

About the Bracelet

These are natural stones, so every bracelet differs. Bead shade, pattern, the strength of the tiger eye's shimmer and the exact arrangement of stones all vary from piece to piece, and the bracelet you receive will look slightly different from the photographs. That variation is what tells you the stones are natural rather than moulded glass.

Who It Is For

  • Business owners, shop owners and the self-employed
  • Founders and freelancers in an early or uncertain phase
  • Anyone in sales, negotiation or commission-based work
  • People working towards a specific financial goal who want a daily reminder of it
  • Anyone drawn to the crystal tradition rather than to planetary remedies
  • Those whose rashi stone is unknown — these stones carry no rashi restriction

Please do not buy this if money is tight right now. A prosperity bracelet bought with money you needed elsewhere is the wrong start, and no remedy is worth borrowing for. Come back to it when it costs you nothing you need.

Finding Your Size

  1. Wrap a measuring tape or strip of paper snugly around your wrist.
  2. Add about 1.5–2 cm for a comfortable fit.
  3. If you are between sizes, take the looser one. An over-stretched elastic bracelet wears out far sooner than a slightly loose one.

For a gift, 18–19 cm suits most adult men and 17–18 cm most adult women.

How to Wear It

  • Wrist: Either is fine. Crystal practice commonly suggests the left for receiving and the right for projecting — many people choose the left for a prosperity intention. Nothing binds you to one side.
  • Day to begin: Friday is the most common choice, being the day of Shukra and of Maa Lakshmi. Many people also begin on Dhanteras, Akshaya Tritiya, or the first day of a new business year.
  • Before first wear: wipe it with a soft dry cloth and keep it in your pooja space for a short while. Do not rinse it in water — it contains pyrite; see the care section.
  • Set the intention plainly. Hold it for a minute and name the actual goal — a target, a launch, a debt cleared. A vague wish for "more money" gives you nothing to work towards.
  • Slide it over your hand, never roll it along your wrist. Rolling is what breaks elastic cords.

Chanting & Practice

Lakshmi Mantra: "Om Shreem Mahalakshmiyei Namah" Kuber Mantra: "Om Yakshaya Kuberaya Vaishravanaya Dhanadhanyadipataye Dhanadhanyasamriddhim Me Dehi Dapaya Swaha"

Friday is the day traditionally kept for Maa Lakshmi, and lighting a diya at the place where money is handled — a shop counter, a cash box, a desk — is the practice most commonly kept alongside this bracelet. These cost nothing and can be kept with or without it.

Care & Maintenance

Because this bracelet contains pyrite, it follows pyrite's rules rather than the easier quartz ones. On a mixed bracelet, always care for the most delicate stone in it.

  • Keep it dry. Remove it before bathing, swimming, washing up and workouts. Pyrite is iron sulphide, and sweat makes it tarnish.
  • Never soak it in water and never use salt water — salt water damages pyrite. A soft dry cloth is all it needs.
  • Avoid perfume, lotion, sanitiser and chemicals, both for the stones and for the elastic cord.
  • Expect the pyrite to dull slightly over time. Natural darkening of its metallic shine is normal ageing, not a defect. A rub with a dry cloth restores much of it.
  • Cleansing (crystal practice): cleanse it dry — incense or dhoop smoke, or a few hours on dry rice. Skip the water and salt-water methods suggested for other crystals.
  • Tiger eye and aventurine scratch more easily than quartz — store the bracelet in a soft pouch, not loose with metal jewellery.
  • Elastic cord stretches with time. Restringing after a year or two is ordinary maintenance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Dhan Yog Bracelet? It is a natural gemstone bracelet from the crystal tradition, worn with an intention of prosperity and abundance. It combines stones associated with confidence, opportunity, steadiness and clear decisions.

Will it bring me money? No, and please do not buy it for that. No stone or bracelet attracts money. What it genuinely does is keep a financial goal in front of you several times a day, which many people find useful. Anyone promising more than that is not being honest with you.

Does it create a Dhan Yog in my birth chart? No. Dhan Yog is a planetary combination fixed in your chart at birth, and nothing can create one. "Dhan Yog Bracelet" is a market name for a prosperity gemstone bracelet, which is how we use it.

Which stones are in it? Pyrite, Citrine, Green Aventurine and Tiger Eye. (Seller note: confirm this before publishing.)

Is this a Vedic or navratna gemstone remedy? No. None of these stones is a navratna, and none is the prescribed gemstone of any planet. They belong to the crystal and mineral tradition, which is a separate practice. If an astrologer has prescribed a specific stone for a specific planet, buy that stone instead.

Which rashi can wear it? Any. These stones carry no rashi restriction, so you do not need a birth chart to wear this bracelet.

Is the citrine natural or treated? Most commercial citrine, worldwide, is heat-treated amethyst. It is a long-standing and accepted practice in the trade, not a fake — but we would rather tell you than have you discover it later. Naturally golden citrine is much rarer and costs several times more.

Can citrine replace Pukhraj, or tiger eye replace Lehsunia? No. Those substitutions are sold widely but are not classical, and neither stone carries the planetary effect of the gemstone it stands in for. If you need Pukhraj or Lehsunia, buy the certified stone.

Can I wear it in the shower or at the gym? Please do not. The pyrite in it tarnishes with sweat and water. Take the bracelet off before bathing, swimming and workouts.

How do I clean it? A soft dry cloth only. No water, no soap, no salt water. For cleansing in the crystal sense, use incense smoke or a few hours on dry rice.

Why has the golden stone gone dull? That is the pyrite tarnishing, which is normal ageing for the mineral rather than a defect. A gentle rub with a dry cloth brings much of the shine back. Keeping it dry slows it considerably.

Can I wear it with my Rudraksha or kavach? Yes, there is no conflict. If you wear a Rudraksha bracelet too, keep it on the other wrist so the stones do not rub against the beads.

Can women wear it? Yes, it is unisex. Only the bead size and wrist measurement differ.

What if the bracelet is too tight or too loose? Measure your wrist and add 1.5–2 cm before ordering, and take the looser option if you are between sizes. A bracelet kept over-stretched will fail early.

Will it look exactly like the photo? Since these are natural stones, shade, pattern, shimmer and the arrangement of beads vary from piece to piece.

Is this suitable as a gift? Yes — it is a common gift for a new shop or business, and on Dhanteras or Akshaya Tritiya. Pass on the care instructions with it, since the pyrite needs to stay dry.

What is your shipping and return policy for this product? We offer free shipping across India (4–5 business days); international shipping is calculated at checkout. As these are natural materials, returns are accepted only in case of damage, defect, or wrong item, within 7 days — see our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for full details.

Note: This bracelet is worn as part of crystal and mineral practice, for personal belief and intention.
